Lauvic Babysitters
& Nanny Service Code of Practice is as follows:
To provide clients with written terms of business including details
of fees as soon as they receive an enquiry.
To ensure both client and applicant are made fully aware of the
services procedures.
To obtain at least two references before any applicant takes up
a position.
All applicants will be required to be Police checked and provide
a C.V. containing employment history/training since leaving school.
In addition, clients should be advised to take up their own references.
To respect the confidentiality of both clients and candidates.
Not to attempt to influence the
clients or candidates decision by offering misleading information.
To put forward candidates only
for positions for which they appear to be suited by their qualifications,
experience & personality
To advertise only genuine vacancies
at the salary quoted by the client.
To provide full relevant information
to both the prospective employee and the employer about one another
before the interview.
To interview all applicants in
person before submission to employers, except in extenuating circumstances
when the client will be informed if no personal interview has taken
place.
